Hydration that performs: hypotonic, 5-fold electrolyte matrix & lab-tested7

The International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) recommends carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions to replace fluids and electrolytes during prolonged exercise.8 The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) also confirms: carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions improve water absorption during physical activity and help maintain endurance performance during extended endurance training.9 That’s exactly what HydroLoad delivers: carbohydrates and 5 electrolytes in a scientifically backed composition – lightly hypotonic for efficient fluid uptake.

But what does that mean? A hypotonic drink contains fewer dissolved particles (such as sugars and minerals) than blood plasma. This means the body can absorb the fluid much faster. Important to know: when you sweat, you lose minerals differently from person to person – but on average, 1 litre of sweat contains about 1,100 mg of sodium.3 HydroLoad is designed with this in mind: per litre, it provides that sodium level plus 37 g of carbohydrates from two different sources.3

The result is a lightly hypotonic osmolality – meaning the particle concentration is slightly lower than that of body fluids. The advantage?
